Blueview Recovery provides structured outpatient mental health treatment in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Our programs are built for people who need more support than a weekly therapy appointment can give, but who do not need — or do not want — to leave home to get it.

You sleep in your own bed. Work, school and family carry on alongside the structure. And because the same clinical team treats substance use in the same building, a person arriving with both is treated as one picture rather than handed between two services.

Programs and Levels of Care

Care is offered at several intensities, and people commonly move between them as they stabilise. A Partial Hospitalization Program is the highest level of outpatient care, running most of the day, several days a week. An Intensive Outpatient Program runs roughly five hours a day across three to five days. Standard outpatient care is the lightest touch, and a virtual option exists for people whose distance or schedule rules out attending in person.

Medication management is available alongside any of these where it is clinically appropriate, and case management helps with the practical scaffolding — benefits, referrals, and the things that quietly derail treatment.

Conditions We Treat

Our clinicians work with depression, anxiety and panic, trauma and PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, mood disorders, personality disorders, and grief and loss. Treatment is built around a person’s diagnosis, history and goals rather than a template.

If a substance use disorder is also present, it is addressed in the same plan by the same team. That is what co-occurring care means here.

Therapies and Services

Individual and group therapy sit at the centre, drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and trauma-informed care. Family involvement is offered where it helps.

Alongside the clinical work, whole-person practices — trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness and meditation, breathwork, sound healing, somatic awareness, grounding skills and nutrition education — help settle a nervous system that has often been running hot for years.

Starting Treatment

The first step is a confidential assessment with a licensed clinician, who will tell you honestly which level of care fits — including if that is somewhere other than here. We then verify your insurance benefits and explain what your coverage actually means before you commit to anything.

Blueview is in-network with most major commercial insurances. Most people begin within days of that first call.

Not sure which level of care you need?

A confidential assessment takes about fifteen minutes and there’s no obligation. Our admissions team answers the phone around the clock.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Our admissions team answers calls 24 hours a day.

No. Every program here is outpatient, which means you sleep at home and continue working, studying or caring for family alongside treatment. Programs differ in how many hours a week they ask of you, and an admissions clinician will help you find the one that fits your actual schedule.

A Partial Hospitalization Program is the highest level of outpatient care, running most of the day across several days a week. An Intensive Outpatient Program runs roughly five hours a day, three to five days a week. People often step down from PHP to IOP as they stabilise.

That is common, and it is treated here as one clinical picture rather than two separate problems. The same team plans both together, which is what co-occurring or dual diagnosis care means.
